By participating in any Sound Bowl / Sound Bath session, event, activity, performance, service, ceremony, offering, with or without ceremonial Cacao and/or Reiki included, etc., you consent and agree to the following:

You consent to participate in Sound Bowl / Sound Bath sessions, events, activities, performances, services, ceremonies, offerings, with or without ceremonial Cacao and/or Reiki included, etc., under the direction of Jennifer Johnson (aka “Juniper Rae”/SAG-AFTRA), who is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, certified Keith's Cacao Practitioner, and certified Reiki Master Practitioner. You understand that Jennifer Johnson is not a licensed physician, therapist, or medical doctor, and that she does not dispense medical advice or prescriptions, diagnose problems, or heal or cure medical conditions. You are aware that Sound Bowl / Sound Bath sessions, events, activities, performances, services, ceremonies, offerings, with or without ceremonial Cacao and/or Reiki included, etc., have no direct roots in Western medical practices or any other healing arts services licensed by the state, and that Sound Bowl / Sound Bath sessions, events, activities, performances, services, ceremonies, offerings, with or without ceremonial Cacao and/or Reiki included, etc., are not licensed by the state. They are not a replacement for medical treatment should the need arise. Sound Bowl / Sound Bath sessions, events, activities, performances, services, ceremonies, offerings, with or without ceremonial Cacao and/or Reiki included, etc., are alternative or complementary to services licensed by the state.

You understand that, while Sound Bowl / Sound Bath sessions, events, activities, performances, services, ceremonies, offerings, etc., as well as Reiki, are regarded as relaxing and stress-reducing therapies, they can also trigger emotions and invigorate the cells of the body, and cause increased discomfort where stagnant or blocked areas and energies are released. Crystal Singing Alchemy Bowls provide gentle sound vibrations that are said to help restore energetic harmony on a cellular level. The dominant resonant frequencies of alchemy-infused quartz sound waves can shift and raise lower vibrational brain waves through entrainment, creating opportunity for transformation, balance and wellness. It aids in the connection to one's heart and promotes a more inspired state of being while helping to release stress. It encourages feelings of gratitude and love and can serve as a comforting ritual used to deepen and support many sacred personal practices. One may choose to explore and further their relationship with Cacao through continued communion with the Cacao plant's spiritual and superfood properties. Each person's experience integrating Cacao into their emotional and physical bodies is unique to each individual and requires one to be mindfully present and receptive to how they respond to it.

Your presence and participation in Jennifer Johnson’s Sound Bowl / Sound Bath sessions, events, activities, performances, services, ceremonies, offerings, with or without ceremonial Cacao and/or Reiki included, etc., signifies that you have reviewed the above paragraphs, you understand the main characteristics of Sound Healing, ceremonial Cacao and Reiki, you have researched and considered all possible risks associated, you understand that there are no guarantees of healing with any of these kinds of treatment, and that you have agreed to participate in these therapeutic activities with your own free will. Furthermore, as the client/participant/healee, you agree to take full responsibility for any and all healing and/or dis-ease taking place in your body and energy field at all times. As the client/participant/healee, you are fully responsible for any action you choose to take in your life, and for all consequences that may result, and therefore you do not hold Jennifer Johnson liable for any medical, and/or COVID-19, and/or coronavirus related issues, and/or overall complications, and/or death that may arise before, during and/or following your participation in her Sound Bowl / Sound Bath sessions, events, activities, performances, services, ceremonies, offerings, with or without ceremonial Cacao and/or Reiki included, etc.
