⚡️A SPIRITUAL ROLLER COASTER⚡️

I heard about the Sound Bath experience from my wife, and as they say, "Life exists outside of your comfort zone," so I decided to try it. I would consider myself a spiritual person, not religious by any means, and of a fairly pragmatic nature.

First of all, Juniper is the most disarming person I’ve ever met; as awkward as this experience might have been, I instantly felt welcomed & understood. There was no pretense or ego, though you could sense that Juniper knew exactly what she was doing. I had very little expectations, considering this was done over a Zoom call, but as per recommendation (and I would say this is a must) I got as relaxed as I could using high fidelity headphones, laying on the floor with supporting pillows.

I teared up on the first clear ringing tone of the Bowls. I did not expect this, it was so sudden, like a bell tolling at a train station telling you it was time to leave. The whole time I felt like I was on a journey; I would liken it to a spiritual roller coaster complete with waiting in line, and various ups and downs, moments of exhilaration mixed with excitement, and others of anticipation. I’d like to note that although nothing was terrifying, some of the realizations were shocking. I had recently lost a very beloved family pet, and it was amazing to feel like they were there with me, but also admittedly a bit traumatic. Some of what I saw was very personal; other visions (which were either visual, sensory, emotional, or everything at once) were deeper, a sort of fabric of the Universe type thing. 

Either way, this was the quickest hour of my life; I couldn’t believe how much time had passed when it was over. Juniper and her amazing Bowls seemed to disappear into the background of my own mind, radiating words of encouragement, enlightenment and mystery. I will 100% do this again. This is a bit of an aside, but I ended up sleeping a SOLID 9 hours the night after this. This never happens; I am not a "sleeper," and I’m hoping this continues.
