WHAT FREQUENCIES ARE YOUR BOWLS TUNED TO?

My current set of 12 Bowls range between -45 and +15 cents:

10 of the Bowls resonate at 432 Hz (-45 to -15)
1 Bowl hovers around 440 Hz, tuned to -10
1 Bowl begins my 528 Hz set, tuned to +15

Despite these variations, remarkably, all twelve of my Bowls play brilliantly together. I find that when creatively paired and arranged in sets, these instruments can often reveal double octaves, shift their resonances to play along better with other nearby Bowls, and create exciting binaural beats (amongst other thrilling, mysterious, and stunningly cosmic sound combinations that leave me breathless!) that wouldn't normally make sense "on paper" based on their tuning properties. I am endlessly fascinated with the way they seem to entrain each other while simultaneously entraining us to higher, more expansive self-expressions.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TUNINGS?

432 Hz is aligned with the frequency of nature and is relaxing and grounding for the body
440 Hz is what all of today's music is tuned to
528 Hz is known as the love frequency, promoting transformation and miracles

WHAT'S IT LIKE LEARNING TO PLAY THE BOWLS?

Long after my three month intensive training to become a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, I still continue to evolve, hone my skills, and deepen my Bowl bonds. I understood from the moment I first connected with them that I Am, and will continue to be, an infinite student of these musical Alchemies. I feel they choose their Guardians and it is no mistake they are in my life for reasons my brain will never understand but my Heart instantly recognizes every time I sit before them and make new discoveries. They speak to my intuition, whispering their chord-ial suggestions as I swirl the mallets, allowing me to explore with them and dream big. I feel them preparing me vibrationally for our audiences as they send their telepathic invitations out into the quintessence of Infinity on the waves of Sound. Chances are, if you're reading this, you've received a summons.

There is no limit to the possibilities! All that is truly needed is smooth, solid ground, a reasonable temperature, a safe place to play with nothing hanging above us that could fall and break a Bowl, and everyone's earnest, loving intentions. The Bowls and I are full of gratitude for all of the wonderful Souls we've had the opportunity to serve. We played a beautiful Intermission at a profound lecture about busting limiting beliefs on the rooftop of the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills. Our cosmic sounds were recruited for a private celebration out on the grounds of a brand new school opening in Agoura Hills. We've performed so many beautiful 1:1 Sound Internal Investigations and Focus Group Sound Baths throughout Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago and Mt. Shasta. The Bowls and I are eager to expand our reach and form a larger grid of crystalline Sound on Mama Gaia, helping people return to the Frequency of their Sound Knowing in a fun, universally relatable way, while also cultivating additional creative pathways for encountering and receiving these incredible vibrations through mainstream platforms.

UM...WHAT EXACTLY IS A CHIME SCENE?

Haha! Great question, and no worries, your sound bath won't turn into an episode of Law & Order. When playing the Bowls, tapping the side or rim of a Bowl with a mallet emits a bell sound or "chime". I also play a wind chime at the end of each performance, and in my Bowl Laboratory I have several rows of concert chimes I often incorporate as well. We are literally at the Scene of the Chimes, which sounds extra cool when conducting otherworldly investigations deep into the rabbit holes of our Souls!

The Bowls and I like to keep Chime Scenes simple, with proper instrumentation and supporting conversation that allows for a universal and entertaining performance experience that we hope will attract people from all walks of life who may not be into spirituality or chakras at all, but can get on board with a noble adventure set to an otherworldy score. We strive to appeal to mainstream audiences with the perspective that within the realm of sound healing lies the potential for some pretty fantastic inner detective work anyone can do - even if you hate traditional forms of meditation - as we create emotional and eccentric musical encounters that make presence and stillness highly intriguing, profoundly memorable, and fun for all.

As a passionate truth seeker, I often feel like the Fox Mulder of Sound Healing Practitioners, leading an infinite investigation into the Unknown Mysteries of our Existence. At each Chime Scene, I see us all as radiant Divine Sleuths, gathering together in reverent curiosity to corroborate our feelings and hunches as to Who and What we Are as the Case of Our Infinite Nature unfolds. The hunt for our Divine Truths begins the moment we close our eyes and commit to witnessing our Majesty.

A metaphorical death of the "old self" that held our old ways of thinking, old beliefs and old limiting programs may occur as our brainwaves shift and entrain with the higher frequencies of the Bowls, giving us new breadcrumbs to ponder, and illuminating leads to follow up on in the days and weeks that follow. Chime Scenes are where we can confront clues hidden within our Consciousness that help us to Remember and explore the ancient forensics of our forgotten familiarities at our own pace, on our own time. Enjoy delving into the thrilling Mystery of You as the Bowls and I create a cosmic crystal vortex of transcendental Sound that swirls around you at the Scene of the Chimes.
