My Body dissolves
getting lighter
I am one with the sound
oooohhhh this feels so good
then my mind starts shattering,
visions, people, to do lists, shame, guilt all comes in
my belly is becoming tense, I am feeling anxious,
that feeling that I feel so often
what is it, who are you, what do you want to share with me?
I reconnect with my Breath and relax again
then the tones of the bowls shift
and my body starts moving in waves, very abruptly
pulling me up off the bed and down and up and down again
through my throat making sounds of letting go
My belly fully activated… My Solar Plexus responding strongly

gently coming back to my breath, feeling so safe and held and in divine rhythm with the Cosmic Flow
