⚡️A VERY INCREDIBLE LIGHTNESS OF BEING⚡️

Hardly a day goes by when our minds are not filled with never-ending thoughts, reminiscing, regretting or planning. Our minds are like a busy expressway. Even when we're asleep, thoughts race in and out of our heads in the form of dreams.

As soon as Juniper started to play the Bowls, my body instantly relaxed. As the Bowls continued their melodious chiming, everyday thoughts began attempting to break through. Quick glimpses of people, events and things attempting to invade my newly formed quiet space. The Bowls, however, with their important mission to fulfill, would not allow these thoughts to remain for more than a split second. As quickly as they came, the interruptions were pushed out. Once gone from my mind, I had no recollection of who or what they were.

My conscious mind became completely void of all thoughts. An empty slate. A state of mind I have never before had the pleasure of experiencing. Before long I felt something warm and relaxing coursing through my entire body. A very welcome, incredible lightness of being. In contrast, my limbs began to feel extremely heavy. I was unable to lift my arms or legs, making me feel grounded. I felt lighter and lighter, then totally weightless, as if I was floating. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with all of its worries and concerns. I entered a quiet, sacred place I have never been before. I was totally alone. It was calm, silent and filled with peace. I enjoyed absolute joy and happiness, peace and quiet and relaxation while totally conscious the whole time.

This whole experience was followed by one of the best night's sleep I've ever had.

I am very grateful for this adventure. I want to experience it again and again. Juniper has a close, personal relationship with the Bowls, to which she gives her whole heart and soul. She unselfishly shares with us all her unique and amazing gift. A truly relaxing & enlightening one of a kind experience.
